We are currently seeking experienced automotive service advisers for our service department. You will be part of a dynamic and hardworking team that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Your primary job will be to interact with service customers and make sure they have an exceptional service experience from the minute they drive into our facility. You will be the primary contact for the customer as they service their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers who bring their vehicles in for service. Help customers diagnose issues on their vehicles and give recommendations for service, repairs, and/or maintenance. Work closely with technicians to identify issues and inform the customer in a timely and efficient manner. Handle all billing and pricing for the customer's service. Ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with their experience. Work with the rest of our staff to achieve the highest possible

Qualifications:

Automotive service experience preferred Self-motivated and confident Effective communication skills Strong verbal and writing skills Professional Enthusiasm and passion for vehicles, especially Kia Familiar with automotive management systems such as CDK Pride in workmanship

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
