Automotive Service Advisor

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their automotive service needs
• Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance
• Schedule appointments and manage service orders
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
• Base salary/hourly wage of $35,360 to $44,200 (Plus Bonus)

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role is required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including brake repair, shocks/struts, diesel engine repair, tire service, oil changes, air brakes, transmission, suspension, and alignment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
