We're hiring Service Technicians at every skill level — from entry-level lube and tire techs ready to learn, to seasoned Master Technicians with factory certifications. If you have the right attitude and want to work in a modern shop with the latest tools and a team built to support your success, we want to talk to you. Pay range:
$20-$65 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and skill level. Sign-on bonus available for the right candidate with proven CDJR experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide time estimates Execute warranty repairs in accordance with Mopar / manufacturer specifications QUALIFICATIONS
All skill levels welcome — from entry-level to Master Technician CDJR / Mopar / FCA factory training strongly preferred (and rewarded with a sign-on bonus) ASE Certification preferred; we will support certification for the right candidate Prior dealership experience a plus Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Dexterity, steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record WHY JOIN OUR TEAM
