Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with exceptional customer service skills. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services while effectively communicating options. Document service orders and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Stay updated on automotive trends and dealership practices to provide informed advice. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive service writing and customer service Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair Sales skills with a focus on auto estimating and service management Familiarity with dealership operations and service technician experience Relevant experience in areas such as transmissions, brake repair, and diesel engine repair
