Join the team at Haddad Hyundai as an Automotive Express Service Technician in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will provide fast, efficient, and high-quality automotive services to our valued customers, ensuring their vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. You will work in a dynamic environment where your skills and attention to detail contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the service department. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and express service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and battery replacements. Diagnose and repair minor vehicle issues efficiently to meet express service time frames. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for. Follow safety guidelines and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaborate with service advisors and team members to provide an excellent customer experience. Requirements Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar express service role is preferred. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve vehicle issues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Basic computer skills for service documentation and reporting. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work in Pittsfield, MA. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 - $23.00, paid weekly.
