We are looking for a highly skilled automotive professional with advanced diagnostic abilities who is committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is capable of diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues on domestic, European, and Asian vehicles while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems. Utilize OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment. Perform accurate inspections and document repair recommendations. Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Conduct road tests before and after repairs. Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Stay current with evolving automotive technologies. Mentor junior technicians when needed. QualificationsRequired 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Advanced diagnostic skills. Experience with domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Strong electrical and computer diagnostic knowledge. Ability to use professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment. Valid driver's license. Own professional tools. Ability to communicate in English. Strong problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Preferred ASE Certifications. State Inspection License (if applicable). Experience with ADAS, hybrid, and electric vehicles. Experience using ALLDATA, Identifix, Mitchell, or similar repair information systems.
