In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and preparing pre-owned vehicles for sale while ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards for quality, safety, and reliability. If you enjoy working on a variety of makes and models, take pride in quality workmanship, and like seeing the direct results of your efforts on the showroom floor, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform mechanical inspections on incoming pre-owned vehicles. Complete maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, filters, and fluid services. Diagnose and repair mechanical concerns to prepare vehicles for retail sale. Complete reconditioning work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Recommend additional repairs needed to meet safety and dealership standards. Perform final quality inspections before vehicles are released for sale. Work closely with our Used Car, Service, and Parts teams to keep inventory moving. What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician experience required. Experience with used vehicle reconditioning is preferred. Comfortable working on multiple vehicle makes and models. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong attention to detail.
