We are a local small business that has been serving the greater Boston area for the last 26years! We pride ourselves in our ability to provide excellent customer service and auto repair to our community. Vehicles are an investment and we are here to make sure our clients are serviced properly. You will be working alongside the Owner of this establishment and management. We are looking, and willing to train someone with a natural ability to help people, enjoy a fast paced work environment, work with our team to assure each vehicle is thoroughly examined and the necessary recommendations are provided to the customer.

Full Time:

Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We ask that you arrive no later than 7:20am. We offer paid holidays and paid vacation time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Greeting every customer with a smile Answering the telephone in a timely manor Listening carefully to ensure our customers needs Have a positive attitude with strong communication skills Moving vehicles in and out of the shop bays Working with our technicians to address the overall health of the vehicle that is in for service and making the appropriate recommendations. Creating estimates for vehicles Obtaining parts for each repair performed Loading each transaction into our software Instruct the technician accordingly in correspondence with approved repairs or maintenance Assist in the opening and closing of the premise Ensure parking for our patrons Perform additional responsibilities as needed
