Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly while you develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Whether working on complex electrical systems or performing routine maintenance, your technical proficiency will drive success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical wiring, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical and electronic components effectively. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations with precision. Repair vehicle suspension systems, perform wheel alignments, and ensure proper functioning of steering components. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other complex mechanical systems with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to complete auto estimating processes for repairs and service recommendations. Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations. Requirements Proven dealership or automotive service technician experience demonstrating a strong mechanical background. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and diagnostics tools. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, vehicle suspension system repair, wheel alignment, and transmission system repair. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred; experience with diesel engine repair is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive wiring diagrams. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills in automotive diagnostics. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
