Job Description As an Automotive Technician, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory equipment and complete repair orders efficiently and accurately. Following all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines is crucial, as is communicating effectively with service advisors and team members. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and participating in ongoing training and certification programs are essential parts of the role. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory equipment Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately. Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs. Essential Skills Troubleshooting Engine Diagnosis Repair Automotive repair Hydraulics Automotive mechanics Mechanical Calibration Transmission Brake Automotive maintenance Diagnostic testing Engine repair Additional Skills & Qualifications 2+ years working in a dealership type environment Experience working in a large team environment Basic automotive knowledge for Entry-Level / Express Technician Ability to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections Experience with brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs for Mid-Level Technicians Ability to diagnose and repair common mechanical issues Advanced diagnostic skills for Master / Diagnostic Technicians Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting experience Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Woburn, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $91520.00/yr. Heath, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, etc. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Woburn,MA.
