What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience (dealership preferred) Toyota Master or MDT Certification (required for Master role) At least 2 completed ASE certifications A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all systems A team player who thrives in a culture of mentorship, leadership, and high standards Commitment to "Fix it right the first time" customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to factory standards Lead and mentor junior technicians with excellence Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department Document repairs clearly and completely Maintain a clean, professional workspace Treat every vehicle with care and respect
