call 301-249-8395 Can you R&R Engine and Transmission Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicles. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities R&R Engine and Transmission Perform thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Utilize power tools and equipment to execute repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently. Align vehicles according to manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and services needed. Maintain mechanical knowledge of various automotive systems, including diesel engine repair. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services. Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills R&R Engine and Transmission Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with power tools commonly used in automotive repair. Strong understanding of vehicle alignment processes and procedures. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for various vehicle models. Solid mechanical knowledge across a range of automotive systems. Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
