In this energetic role, you'll be the go-to expert for tire services, oil changes, and routine maintenance, ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition. Your mechanical aptitude and passion for automotive repair will help keep our customers safe, happy, and on the road with confidence. Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper disposal of used fluids Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and tire longevity Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, providing recommendations for repairs or maintenance needs Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify problems accurately and efficiently Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as fluid checks, filter replacements, and brake inspections Engage with customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or products Qualifications Dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred; familiarity with service procedures is a plus Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools Experience performing oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance Ability to lift heavy tires and vehicle components safely; physical stamina is essential Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs Service technician experience in an automotive setting is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is key Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
