You believe in fixing vehicles correctly—not taking shortcuts. You value teamwork over ego. You enjoy learning new technology. You take pride in your workmanship. You want to grow professionally. Qualifications 5+ years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience preferred ASE Certifications are a plus Technical school or dealership experience preferred Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles (European experience is a plus) Valid driver's license Maryland State Inspector's License is a plus Our Culture We don't believe in simply replacing parts.
