Job Description
We are seeking an eager professional to get their foot in the door with the Tate Frederick technician family. We are growing everyday and expanding our operations. We offer WEEKLY PAY and benefits. Our facility includes a light duty vehicle shop, heavy duty truck shop, Express Lane, and Mobile Service. The lube technician position is for the Express Lane which operates out of a state of the art customer focused and efficient building. Responsibilities:
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair Inspect vehicles for any maintenance or safety concerns Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety Maintain professional personal appearanceQualifications:
High school diploma/GED ASE certification (Desired) Valid Diver License Willingness to participate during in-house training Ability to operate automotive repair tools Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment Proficiency with internet-based computer software Organizational and time management skills Professional appearance Positive attitude open to changePhysical Demand:
Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. Ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds on vehicles or equipment. Ability to work in various temperaturesJob Type:
