Commercial Truck Technician - Kenworth Mardela Springs, MD | All Roads Trucks | Kenworth Are you PACCAR certified and ready to join a team where you are a name not a number? We are seeking a skilled diesel technician to join our growing team in Mardela Springs, MD. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair Kenworth trucks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated, with a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Compensation & Schedule $34-$40/hour (based on experience) Production bonuses available Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (for qualified candidates) Full-time, Monday-Friday Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, life & supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment ) 401(k) with company contribution Comprehensive paid training to earn certifications Paid time off & company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Advancement opportunities — we promote from within Responsibilities Service, diagnose, and repair diesel vehicles as directed by the Service Manager Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions Create accurate repair estimates ( CDK experience a plus ) Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed and parts used Communicate with OEM/factory tech support as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Work Authorization All Roads Trucks does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
