In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Our facility is fully air-conditioned , including both the office area and service shops, providing a comfortable environment for both staff and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians will be essential in providing exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing accurate information and recommendations. Perform auto estimating for various services, including oil changes, tire service, and automotive diagnostics. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure clear communication regarding customer requests and vehicle issues. Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up actions. Ensure all work is completed efficiently while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Stay updated on automotive technology trends and service techniques to provide informed advice to customers. Experience Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with automotive systems, including shocks, struts, suspension, and general maintenance practices, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Proven experience in automotive sales or upselling services is a plus.
