Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority. Key Responsibilities Perform general automotive maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently. Diagnose basic mechanical and drivability concerns. Complete brake, suspension, steering, and engine repairs. Document repair work and inspection findings using Shop-Ware. Maintain quality workmanship while keeping pace with a high-volume workflow. Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to keep work moving efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications 3 or more years of professional automotive repair experience. Basic automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience with general repair, including brake, suspension, steering, and engine work. Proven ability to produce efficiently in an automotive repair environment. Computer proficiency. Professional and organized approach to work. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, productive approach in a high-volume shop. Compensation & Benefits Flat-rate pay of $34.00
