Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified CDJR Technician based at our Prince Frederick, MD location. The technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing warranty and non-warranty repairs, and documenting all work performed in a clear and accurate manner. The role also involves collaborating with service advisors, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and using appropriate tools, equipment, and service information systems. The technician is expected to provide professional, courteous service that supports strong customer relationships and overall dealership success. Qualifications Current certification as a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) technician or equivalent manufacturer certification. Demonstrated skills in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and routine maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and electronic service information. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to safety procedures. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with service advisors and colleagues. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in an automotive dealership or repair facility is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive technology is a plus.
