Vehicle Assembly Technician Location:
Westminster, MD Shift:
7:00am- 3:30pm; Monday
Friday Pay:
$25.00- $35.
Vehicle Assembly Technician:
We are seeking multiple dedicated Vehicle Assembly Technician's. In this role, your expertise will ensure that each vehicle meets safety standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, hands-on experience with automotive systems, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This position offers an engaging environment where technical proficiency and attention to detail are highly valued. Responsibilities Conduct mechanical repairs including brake work, suspension adjustments, and electrical system troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations efficiently. Diagnose vehicle issues through inspections and provide accurate auto estimating for repairs or upgrades. Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition. Assist with auto body repairs and vehicle restoration projects as needed. Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid changes, belt replacements, and system calibrations. Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and improve installation processes. Requirements All qualified candidates MUST have a VALID driver's license. Pass a drug test, including THC. Proven experience working with standard passenger cars in installation or repair roles. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including electrical, mechanical, and body components. Hands-on experience with automotive tire changes, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical systems repair. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, auto estimating procedures, and vehicle inspections. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience in auto body repair or auto restoration is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Mechanic experience or relevant technical training preferred.Key Words:
