Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic technician to join our Dysart's Powersports team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of powersports equipment and marine watercrafts to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold our great reputation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for mechanical systems, technical problem-solving, and general servicing. Responsibilities Perform quality work on every repair/ diagnosis. Diangnos electrical components, service inboard and outboard engines, service and maintain powersports equipment such as ATV, Side by sides and more. Confidently compose a quote in a customer repair order. Requirements Training or past experience in powersports/marine industry. Team player with a can-do attitude. Hands-on experience with marine systems and engines. Ability to read technical schematics and perform complex analysis to diagnose issues accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
