Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality of work on a variety of vehicles. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair automotive systems including powertrain, transmissions, and electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Interpret schematics and conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately. Execute vehicle alignments and other specialized services as needed. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including auto estimating for repairs. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repairs and maintenance needs. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician in a dealership or similar environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, including diesel engine repair. Familiarity with Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs. Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and teamwork.
