Join the Central Maine Motors team and we will help get you there. We are a family owned company with a desire to take care of people. We have a certified technician who will provide hands on training. We are seeking individuals with a great attitude and passion for the industry. Very Little or no experience, please apply. You would be hired as a full-time employee with benefits and trained to later be moved into one of our dealerships to continue your growth and training as a certified technician. There are numerous amounts of opportunities for growth in this industry, We will provide the training for you to gain your Maine State inspection license and then to become ASE certified. As you advance through the training program and gain certifications, your pay will will increase. Duties Once Trained Performs lube, oil, and filter changes on vehicles. Promptly and accurately completes high quality, multi-point inspections on every oil change service and completes report card and reviews additional recommended repairs with Service Advisor. Performs routine maintenance service i.e. check and top off all fluid levels, inspect filters, rotate tires, set tire pressures, and relearn tpms sensors as needed. Accurately document information on both repair orders and time cards. Communicates with Dispatcher, Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to advise on vehicle service status. Performs work according to policies and procedures, and maintains a clean and safe working environment. Works as a team and maintains positive working relationships with other technicians and Service Department staff. Completes and maintains Factory and Dealer Training and Certification. Vacuums driver's compartment and cleans windshield of each vehicle after an oil change service. Experience -No Experience or very little experience This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and are looking to contribute their expertise to a dynamic team.
