Job Description

Bill Dodge Auto Group is a family-owned automotive group, proudly serving our communities for over 50 years. We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. Compensation:
Up to $125,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates What You'll Do Perform repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment Repair and maintain engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional service needs Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines Accurately document repairs, recommendations, and completed work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to continue learning new technology and repair procedures Professional attitude and strong work ethic Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a background check Valid State of Maine Inspection License Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Preferred Qualifications ASE Certifications OEM Manufacturer Certifications Previous dealership experience What We Offer Health and Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Discounts on Sales, Parts, and Service Uniform Program and Boot Allowance Paid Manufacturer Training and Certifications If you're ready to take the next step in your automotive career with a company that values your skills and invests in your future, we'd love to hear from you. 7Ar75
