This role supports customer confidence and long-term satisfaction by delivering accurate diagnostics and quality repairs that meet dealership and factory expectations.
Key responsibilities:
Complete repair orders efficiently and correctly, following dealership/factory standards Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform necessary repairs Coordinate with the Parts department to source required components Partner with the Service Manager and Service Advisor to keep work moving on schedule Perform other duties as assigned Required qualifications: 1+ year related experience/training (or equivalent education/experience) ASE certifications preferred, not required Valid driver's license If you take pride in doing the job right and want a place to keep growing, apply today. A Typical Shift You'll start by reviewing the day's repair orders and setting up your bay for a smooth workflow. As the day moves, you'll troubleshoot concerns, document findings, and keep communication tight-checking in with parts for what you need and coordinating timing with the Service Advisor and Service Manager. Between jobs, you'll update notes, confirm next steps, and keep your workspace organized so the next vehicle can be handled without delays. The pace is steady, the expectations are clear, and your work is measured by accuracy, turnaround, and the customer experience on the other end.
