What You'll Be Responsible For Answering inbound calls and converting them into appointments Managing vehicle flow from check-in to delivery Ensuring every vehicle is inspected quickly Presenting repair recommendations clearly and confidently Following up on declined work Coordinating technicians, parts, and customer communication Maintaining high car count and high average repair order Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process What Success Looks Like Calls answered immediately (withing 3 rings)
- every call conversion matters Vehicles inspected within 15 minutes of arrival, systems in place for fast dispatch and car evaluation (digital inspection, AI tools for check-in and qualified questions) High approval rates on recommended work
