Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quick Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering fast, reliable vehicle maintenance services! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential oil changes, tire services, and basic automotive repairs with precision and efficiency. Your mechanical expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct quick and thorough oil changes using appropriate tools and procedures to ensure optimal engine performance. Perform tire rotations, replacements, and basic alignment checks to promote vehicle safety and longevity. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, fluid top-offs, and light repairs. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, diagnose problems using automotive diagnostics equipment, and communicate findings clearly to customers or service advisors. Assist with vehicle maintenance services including brake inspections, fluid exchanges, and minor repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate. Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, oil changes, tire service, and alignment basics. Service technician experience or mechanic background is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs. Basic sales skills to recommend additional services confidently. Knowledge of automotive service standards and safety protocols.
