What You'll Do Diagnose and repair automotive concerns Perform maintenance and factory-recommended services Complete quality multi-point inspections Use the latest Ford diagnostic equipment and repair procedures Communicate repair recommendations clearly Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship What We're Looking For We're searching for technicians who: Take pride in doing the job right Show up ready to work Continue learning as technology evolves Value teamwork and professionalism Want to build a long-term career instead of bouncing from shop to shop Qualifications Previous automotive repair experience required Ford experience preferred, but not required ASE certifications are a plus State certifications are a plus Valid driver's license Whether you're currently working at a dealership, an independent repair facility, or another manufacturer, we'd love to have a conversation.
