A current State of Michigan Mechanic Certification is required . Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs while accurately documenting all services completed Communicate additional repair needs or time constraints with the service team Test-drive vehicles to confirm proper operation and quality workmanship Install customer-requested or dealership-specified accessories on new vehicles Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technology Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude Chrysler Level 3 certification preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record State of Michigan mechanic certifications
