This is an onsite location at 350 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548.

Schedule :

Full Time | 8:00am•5:00pm | Monday•

Friday Pay :

$18-20/hr, compensation depending on

RV Experience Pre-screening Requirements :

Any position within the company will require a drug screening (including marijuana) as well as a physical and background check•About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service.

What You Do:

Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and text communication Review and process orders Follow up with work orders and customers Communicate and coordinate with the team Other duties as needed

Qualifications :

Customer Service experience (at least 1 Year) Basic mechanical comprehension Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Intermediate Computer Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite) Work independently while enjoying the benefits of being a member of a team Experience in the RV industry (preferred) Parts department experience (preferred)
