We are a family-owned, independent auto repair shop in Grandville, Michigan. We are not a dealership, and we are not a corporate chain. We are a local shop focused on honest repairs, quality work, and long-term customer relationships. This position is a good fit for a technician who can handle general repair work, perform quality inspections, diagnose common vehicle issues, and wants to be part of a shop that is growing the right way. The right person is dependable, skilled, coachable, and takes pride in doing clean, honest work. Responsibilities General Repair Work

• Perform brake, suspension, steering, maintenance, cooling system, drivability, and light-duty repair work. Vehicle Inspections
• Complete thorough inspections and document safety, maintenance, and repair recommendations clearly. Diagnostics
• Scan vehicles, verify customer concerns, and perform basic to intermediate diagnostic testing. Repair Verification
• Confirm that repairs are completed correctly before the vehicle leaves the shop. Team Communication
• Work with service advisors and other technicians to keep jobs moving and customers informed. Quality Workmanship
• Take pride in clean, accurate repairs without cutting corners. Qualifications Automotive Repair Experience
• Prior experience working in an auto repair shop is required. General Repair Ability
• Comfortable handling brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, cooling system, drivability, and light-duty repairs. Diagnostic Ability
• You do not need to be a master diagnostic technician, but you should be comfortable testing, verifying, and working through common vehicle concerns. Dependability
• Show up consistently, communicate well, and take ownership of your work. Own Tools
• Must have your own basic tools. Driver's License
