Riverside Auto Group is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a leading automotive dealership serving the northern Michigan communities, we are committed to providing exceptional service and automotive solutions. With over 50 years of experience and a family-owned tradition, Riverside Auto Group offers a supportive and dynamic work environment to help you grow in your career.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using computer systems and automotive software. Must have a valid driver's license.
