Job Description
Roofing & Exterior Repair Technician — Kearns Brothers Kearns Brothers, one of the nation's leading residential roofing contractors, is hiring an experienced Roofing & Exterior Repair Technician. If you take pride in quality work and want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship — this role is for you. What you'll do: Repair roofing, siding, and exterior surfaces — leaks, flashing, damaged shingles, trim, and caulking Handle larger projects like chimney flashing rebuilds, dormer/window trim, and siding sections Work safely at heights up to 40 ft and document repairs clearly Communicate professionally with customers and teammates What we're looking for: 2+ years of roofing/siding repair experience Valid driver's license; ability to travel for service work Comfortable at heights; able to lift up to 80 lbs. Strong problem-solver with great communication skills OSHA/fall protection certifications a plus
