We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Service Advisor to join our Chevrolet/Buick dealership in Marlette, Michigan. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the service drive, knows how to manage technicians and customers, and can drive gross profit while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Strong understanding of: RO write-up process Menu selling Maintenance scheduling Technician dispatching & workflow Effective Labor Rate (ELR) and gross profit management Excellent communication and follow-up skills Strong CSI focus DealerBuilt (DB) experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally Write and manage repair orders accurately Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently Maximize customer pay gross while maintaining trust Manage technician productivity and workflow Follow up with customers on declined services Maintain strong CSI scores
