Service Writer:

Guide customers through the auto maintenance and repair process Advise customers on service options and costs and schedule appointments Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services including special promotions Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work Keep customers informed of any changes that occur Review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction Maintain high CSI scores Qualifications -

Service Writer:
