Job Description

Overview As the Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing our very busy fleet of vehicles and machinery, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, support safety standards, and be a key component in the company's overall success. This critical role offers an opportunity to showcase your technical skills while leading a dedicated group of mechanics and shop helpers in a fast-paced environment. Duties Maintain and repair vehicles or heavy equipment machinery, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards Work according to maintenance schedules and business needs to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency Use proper repair techniques and safety procedures Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately identify electrical issues and ensure precise repairs Conduct inspections using specialized tools to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance logs, and inspection reports for accountability and compliance Coordinate with management to prioritize repair tasks and manage workflow efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in gasoline and diesel powered vehicles and heavy equipment machinery maintenance with a strong mechanical background Demonstrated mechanical skills Proficiency in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately Ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members and management Ability to multi-task while handling multiple priorities and ability to work self- directed with regular check in and support from the management team Relevant certifications or licenses related to mechanical repair are preferred Join us as our Mechanic and be part of a team committed to excellence!
