PTO, health insurance, employee bonus incentivesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Fleet Mechanic to support our Master Mechanic in maintaining a large, high-use vehicle fleet. This is a fleet-only position (no retail customers) focused on keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience who is looking to continue developing their skills in a stable, team-oriented environment.

About the Fleet 120+ vehicles in operation Focus on preventive maintenance and minimizing downtime High-use fleet requiring consistent upkeep and attention to detail What You'll DoWorking under the direction of the Master Mechanic, you will: Perform routine maintenance and basic diagnostics on fleet vehicles Assist with brake, suspension, and general repair work Complete common mechanical services: Oil changes and fluid services Tires and wheels Steering and suspension Basic electrical and lighting repairs Help ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for service Identify and report mechanical issues or potential concerns Accurately document work completed, parts used, and labor time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment What We're Looking ForExperience 2+ years of mechanic experience (fleet, dealership, or general repair) Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance practices Ability to work independently and stay productive Tools & Certifications Must have your own basic set of tools required for daily work Certifications (brakes, suspension, etc.) are a plus but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the role Work Style Dependable and self-motivated Strong attention to detail and safety Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule - no late nights or weekends Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance Employee bonus/incentive program Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Master Mechanic and continue developing your skills How to ApplyIf you have a solid foundation in mechanical work and are looking for a stable position working on a large fleet, we'd like to hear from you.
