This role supports customer confidence by completing routine maintenance to dealership and factory standards, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and clear documentation. Air-conditioned shop.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform oil changes; replace oil/air filters; check and top off fluids Check tire pressure and add air as needed Recommend lubrication, safety inspections, and related services as appropriate Report equipment issues promptly and maintain a clean, organized work area Required qualifications: No prior experience required; training provided High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education/experience) Full-time schedule is Monday-Friday, with pay range $45,000-$60,000. Throughout the day, you'll move vehicles through the quick-lube process efficiently, complete multi-point checks, and communicate any concerns to the service advisor so customers get timely, accurate recommendations. Between vehicles, you'll keep the workspace orderly, wipe down contact areas, and ensure each car is returned in clean condition. You'll also stay alert for any equipment concerns and flag them early to keep the shop running safely and smoothly. Expect a steady pace, clear standards, and a Monday-Friday routine.
