Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Seasonal RV Technician to join our team during our busiest months. This position is typically full-time from March through October or November, with some flexibility depending on seasonal demand. The RV Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe, functional, and ready for customer use. This position is base hourly + bonus levels for hours turned. The advertised $21 - $25 is your base hourly based on experience, this number does not include your bonus levels for hours turned. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on RVs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliance, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues. Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and prepare RVs for customer pickup. Install accessories and aftermarket equipment as needed. Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Document work performed and maintain accurate service records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with the Service Manager and team members regarding repair status and parts needs. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or related mechanical repair preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions. Schedule Full-time seasonal position, generally March through October/November . Overtime and rotating Saturdays may be required during peak season. Start and end dates may be flexible depending on business needs and candidate availability.
