We are looking for candidates with prior powersports technician experience or recent graduates of a motorcycle/powersports technician program who are ready to put their skills to work in a professional dealership environment. Whether you have years of experience or are a recent graduate looking to establish your career, we are willing to provide additional manufacturer training, technical training, and certification opportunities to help you continue developing your skills. What You'll Do As a Powersports Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of powersports vehicles.

Responsibilities may include:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, suspension, brake, and other vehicle systems Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services Perform inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards Accurately document work performed on repair orders Communicate technical findings and repair needs with the Service Advisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment Stay current with manufacturer service procedures, technology, and technical updates Participate in manufacturer training and certification programs Perform warranty and recall repairs as needed Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail What We're Looking For Ideal candidates will have: Prior experience as a powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, marine, or similar technician OR Recent graduation from an accredited motorcycle/powersports technician training program Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills The ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repairs Attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work A willingness to learn and continue developing your technical skills The ability to work independently as well as as part of a team A professional attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and a commitment to getting the job done right A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Manufacturer-specific experience and certifications are a plus, but not required.
