In this role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle maintenance, performing essential oil changes, tire services, and basic repairs while ensuring vehicles are handled with care and precision. Duties Perform routine oil changes, fluid top-offs, and vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Assist with tire rotations, balancing, and basic alignment services to ensure optimal vehicle performance Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Support the service technicians by handling porter duties such as moving vehicles within the lot and cleaning work areas Maintain cleanliness of the service bays and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Assist with light repairs or diagnostics under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in automotive repair processes Skills Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in vehicle maintenance procedures Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, and basic repairs Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical tasks throughout the workday Knowledge of automotive systems such as alignments and general vehicle maintenance techniques Basic sales skills to recommend additional services when appropriate Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in automotive diagnostics and repair Embark on a rewarding career path where your enthusiasm for cars meets your desire to grow professionally.
