Job Description

Our team is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new automotive technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software and their electrical systems expertise. We're looking for automotive technicians who like to problem-solve until they find the best solution for the client. If you have the mechanical experience we're searching for, apply today!
Compensation:
$50,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle's integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary High school diploma or GED is required ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive Verified experience in the automotive maintenance and repair industry Secondary training in Automotive Technology is preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record About Company Sanderson Auto is a full-service preventative maintenance & automotive repair center that has been performing high-quality, guaranteed automotive repairs in the Albert Lea area since 1985 .
