  • Full-time Premier 94 Truck Service is immediately seeking skilled Trailer Mechanics with experience in welding, fabrication, trailer repair, and tarp system installation .

Job Duties Fabricate, modify, and repair commercial semi-trailers, flatbeds, and truck bodies. Cut, fit, weld, and assemble structural steel and aluminum components. Install and repair manual and electric tarp systems. Perform high-quality MIG welding and TIG welding on steel and aluminum. Diagnose and complete structural trailer repairs while maintaining factory-quality workmanship. Inspect completed repairs and fabricated components to ensure structural integrity and compliance with DOT safety standards. Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, brakes, shears, plasma cutters, and other shop machinery. Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other shop equipment. Read tape measures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete repairs efficiently while meeting Premier 94's high standards of quality. Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in trailer repair, welding, fabrication, or a related manufacturing environment. Strong MIG welding skills required; TIG welding and heavy-duty fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings is a plus. Must be mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities. Ability to lift 50-60 pounds, stand for extended periods, work from ladders or scissor lifts, and kneel as needed. Must provide and maintain a standard set of hand and power tools.
