We are a high-volume, well-established shop in Cottage Grove with a loyal customer base and a 95%+ ticket approval rate. Cars are never in short supply here. If you put in the work, the earning potential reflects it. We are looking for skilled technicians at both the A and B level who take pride in quality, communicate well, and want to be part of a team that rewards performance.

MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY A

COMPENSATION A-LEVEL / MASTER TECH

$90K - $130K/ if you book 40 hrs/week avg ~$100K 45 hrs/week avg ~$110-115K 50 hrs/week avg ~$125-130K Performance bonuses around Labor Day and Christmas.

B-LEVEL TECH

$65K - $75K+ Based on skill level and output. Performance bonuses also apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical and electrical issues Perform complex repairs including engine, transmission, and diagnostic-intensive jobs Use scan tools, scopes, and technical databases to troubleshoot efficiently Document inspections and repairs through our Digital Vehicle Inspection process Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors Mentor and support fellow technicians Prioritize safety, transparency, and quality on every job Maintain a clean, organized work area

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in a production shop environment Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple systems and makes ASE certifications preferred — equivalent experience considered A/C certified or willing to obtain Complete personal tool set required (specialty tools provided by shop) . Driver's license required Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Engine replacement, timing chains, and transmissions Electrical diagnostics and advanced drivability Exhaust and welding Hybrid and electric vehicle repair Leadership or mentorship background Formal automotive training or degree
