Steady work. No corporate nonsense. We're a family-owned full-service station and repair shop in Eagan, and we're hiring an experienced tech to keep up with demand. Modern shop, quality tools and equipment. We invest in the shop because we expect you to invest in your craft. What you'll be doing: Full-service diagnostics and repair — brakes, suspension, engine, drivetrain, electrical, oil services, the works. Reading schematics, using scan tools, and doing the job right the first time. Talking to customers when needed and working alongside a team that pulls its weight. What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience (required) Valid driver's license (required) Solid diagnostic skills — you can find the problem, not just replace parts until it goes away Comfortable reading schematics and wiring diagrams Dependable — shows up, on time, ready to work Own set of tools (industry standard) Bonus points for: ASE certifications Manufacturer-specific training
