What You'll Do Service Advisor Responsibilities Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs Build estimates and explain repair recommendations Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process Keep customers updated from start to finish Deliver an exceptional ownership experience Help drive department sales while maintaining complete integrity Parts Advisor Responsibilities Assist technicians and retail customers with parts requests Research and identify correct GM, Non-GM OEM and aftermarket parts Maintain inventory accuracy Process orders, returns and warranty parts Coordinate with vendors and shipping companies Keep the parts department organized and efficient We're Looking For Someone Who... ✔ Loves helping customers ✔ Learns quickly ✔ Can multitask under pressure ✔ Is highly organized ✔ Has excellent communication skills ✔ Takes ownership instead of making excuses ✔ Works well with a team ✔ Wants opportunities to advance ✔ Brings positive energy every single day Automotive experience is a plus—but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter even more.
