Job Description
Full-time position to work 5 days per week. Business hours of operation are Monday
- Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm & Saturday, 8:00am
- 4:30pm.
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
Vehicle Maintenance- performing oil changes, replacing filters (oil, air, cabin), tire rotations, checking and topping off fluids Fluid Services
- draining engine oil, changing oil filters, greasing fittings, and checking/filling fluids according to manufacture recommendations Inspections
- conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including checking for oil leaks, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition Minor Repairs
- replacing wiper blades or batteries, and diagnosing potential issues Safety and Cleanliness
- maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to company policies Customer Service
- explain services and addressing customer's needs, questions, and concerns Inventory Management
- maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies Maintain accurate records of services performed and any recommendations for additional work
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly wage for this opportunity is $17.00/hour to $21.00/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, and certification & licensure. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees. Previous experience of repair/lube experience 1 + years of experience in a shop setting performing oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacementsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to complete job assignments with high quality in timely manner Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of automotive service procedures and mechanic tools Physical ability to perform tasks related to the position such as bending, reaching, standing for long periods of time, and heavy lifting as needed. Strong problem-solving abilities Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues accurately Effective communication & team collaboration skills Understanding safety awareness & protocols to ensure industry and company standards are metOur Mission:
