As a Service Advisor, you own our customer's experience in our service department. You are the first point of contact with them and need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, etc.

Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Qualifications:

Must have a valid U.S drivers license. Must be reliable Minimum one year service advisor experience required. Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality. Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment. Professional appearance and attitude required. Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management. Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs. Abiltiy to perform Multi Point Inspection Report to Management for additional job duties. Schedule service appointments. Greet and write customer up in a timely manner. Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines, Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed Ability to communicate affectively with both external and internal customers and employees.' '
