Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! About the Opportunity As a Lube Technician Dismantler at EMR, you'll play a key role our daily operations at our Maple Grove yard. In this role, you'll assist with processing of cars by draining fluids, breaking down various components and preparing them for the next step of the recycling process. What You'll Do Dismantle end-of-life vehicles, remove components, drain fluids and prepare cars for processing Operate equipment for transferring material within the facility Assist customers with unloading Perform general facility cleanup Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance Mechanically inclined, organized and detailed oriented Ability to work both independently and on a team Ability to lift and handle 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Experience or education in vehicle maintenance What We Offer Monday - Saturday, no nights $20/hour, Full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Medical insurance Dental insurance Employer paid vision insurance HSA and FSA with employer contribution Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match #LI-Onsite
