We're an established independent automotive repair shop in Saint Paul looking for an experienced technician who knows what they're doing and wants a good place to do it. Our shop is air conditioned and climate controlled , we have modern equipment, plenty of work and we're open Monday through Friday. No weekends. Pay is $40

• 60 per hour depending on experience and ability , with bonus opportunities.

We're looking for someone who can diagnose and repair vehicles without needing their hand held. If you're good with drivability, electrical and check-engine-light diagnostics, even better. We don't expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to know how to figure things out. You should have at least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, your own tools and a valid driver's license. ASE certifications are great, but we're much more interested in what you can actually do than what's hanging on the wall. We have good equipment, service information and management that understands the difference between diagnosing a car and throwing parts at it. You'll have consistent work and the support you need to get cars fixed correctly and make money doing it.
